Dear Mr.Hemant,

You can select job Thickness 45 mm . If the test will pass in 45 mm as per Sex IX  QW-193, QW-470 & ASME SecVII Div 1 Non- Mandatory appendix 'A', no need to do the mock up in 35 mm thick.

The thickness of the tube sheet is not relevant. More over it does not need to be larger than 50 mm.
Take care that the depth of the groove is an essential variable.

For more details please refer to QW-288 and  QW-193

Yes you can use one mockup for both Heat exchangers.
Go ahead with 45 mm thickness of T/S.

Also take Client/DEC/PMC approval for the mockup after satisfactory results.

Dear Hemant ,

Plz go with 45 mm thick tube plate thickness.tube sheet thickness is not a essential variable.it should not be greater than 50 mm.
