Requirements for Welding Electrode / Filler Wire

   Dear  Experts,

We have to establish newly below PQR's as per ASME Sec. IX.    Kindly suggest / advice the requirements of welding electrodes / filler wire, preheat /  inter-pass temperature and also provide if already established WPS / PQR's for my reference. 

              1.Material  HARDOX 500+HARDOX500 PROCESS : SMAW

             

              2.Material  HARDOX 500+HARDOX500 PROCESS : GMAW

 

              3.Material HARDOX500+ IS2062 Gr ‘B’ PROCESS: SMAW

 

              4.Material HARDOX500+ IS2062 Gr ‘B’ PROCESS: GMAW

 

              5.Material HARDOX500+SS304 PROCESS: SMAW
