Dear All,

Please provide your valuable answer for SA 387 GR 11 CL 2 material and consumable.

Question 1 - X and J factor is applicable to this material ? If yes, then how much X and J factor requirement ?

Question 2 - X and J factor effect on this material 

Question 3 - Do you have any document which shows that X and J factor not mandatory for this material ?

Request to reply with some documents if possible.

Hi

Yes, X and J factor are effective variables and effect on temper embrittlement which is occur on high temperature material, for more information use API 571.
