Good Morning .

The chemical (Amyl acetate+Methyl Dichlorate) is mentioned in the drawing before starting the welding by one customer

What is this chemical, will it affect the properties of weld metal after welding.

if anyone used this please throw some light please

Dear experts,

 API 5L 20 inch pipe using Using external clamp and internal clamp is essential variable in API-1104., but need separate WPS for external and internal clamp.

Any one know API 5l grade 46 .pipe dia 20 and 8 inch pipe need separate PQR or same PQR in two pipe .thickness 7.4 and 11.2mm
And WPS  and pqr dia and thickness  range in ApI1104
