UNPAINTED WELDED JOINTS IN HISTROSTATIC TESTING OF TANKS

Good morning COLLEAGUES AM 2 MONITORING THE MANUFACTURE OF TANKS AND THE POINT OF HYDROSTATIC TEST OF LEAK OR HAVE CARRIED OUT THE PROBLEM REQUIRING UNPAINTED WELDED JOINTS, WHERE I'M LOOKING FOR STANDARDS IN ME SAY THAT? OR I CAN VACUUM TESTING AND / OR DIESEL ALL WELDING TO ENSURE THAT NO LEAKS? THANK YOUR VIEWS AND INSPECTORS ARE CERTIFIED SI API 653 OR OTHER RELATED TO PLACE THE NUMBER TO GIVE MORE SUPPORT RESPONSE THANKS

I read API 650 but I not find information, i want know if i can or not do it the hidrostatic test of tank after paint all welds.
