Dear Experts,
During the review of Material test certificates for IS 2062-2011 Gr 350-C, the CARBON EQUIVALENT(CE) value is noticed 0.47% against 0.45%. and copper value is noticed around 0.32. In this condition the material is suitable for welding
If the material can be acceptable, please clarify on what are the acceptances criteria

Option-1 reject.
Option-2 qualify pqr based on 0.47% CE
Option-2 qualify pqr based on 0.47% CE
