Can anyone introduce a laboratory which has facilities for HIC & SSCC (Acc. to NACE) tests and accredited for ISO17025, preferably in middle east other than EXOVA in UAE?

You can look for a laboratory in NACE Web page. NACE has a lot of suppliers approved by them.
