In flare system, what is HP and MP flare?

In flare system, why is HP and MP flare?
This two system combine in one knock-out drum or take up to flare stack individual.

as of my knowledge it is HP and LP flare means High Pressure and Low Pressure. Hp is from compressors like pressure systems and LP from storage tanks like non pressure systems. these are connected to knock-out drum to recovering the  oil
