Hi,

Is this a general query ?

For general query you have to go the applicable code like ASME b 31.3 for piping and 31.4 or 31.8 for pipeline.

If you have any specific query for the particular material and MDMT than it can be answered.

Its madatory to prepare if service temp is subzero, you may proceed with impact temp below by 5 c as per MDMT.
