kindly, what is the equivalent of the material JIS SS 41& the suitable filler metal for welding

Dear Hesham,

JIS 3101 SS400 (SS 41) is equivalent to ASTM A36 in mechanical properties except elongation. You can use ER70S-X and E70XX for Welding. See the below link for further details.
