Material Test Certificate Clarification / EN 10.204:2006 / Urgent Attn

Dear All,

 

We have recieved Structural Material Certificate, S 355 JR + AR from CELSA Barcelona.

The Certification refers to UNE EN 10.204:2006.

 

I know only Certification of Material as per EN 10204:2004.

 

Can anyone share some detail with regard to UNE EN 10.204:2006.

Whether UNE EN 10.204:2006 is same as EN 10204:2004?

 

Hope to see as usual co-operation from all end.

UNE EN10204:2006 is a spanish standard and EN10204:2004 and UNE EN10204:2006 are same.

Dear Vino,

 

UNE is the standardization Authority for France and therefore UNE-EN 10204 is comparable with EN 10204. Also this specification has the code of a Standardization Authority in front of it. When this is an English version it will be BS-EN 10204 and for the German version it will be DIN-EN 10204. I don’t speak the France language and therefore can’t check what the reason is that this specification is dated 2006, because all other versions are from 2004 as mentioned by yourself, but in general the requirements are the same.

Do you have this Standard or any comparison chart which states that UNE EN10.204:2006 and EN10204:2004 are same. Please provide.
