Dear Expert Please let me know  how to calculate fibre elongation for dish as per sec VIII Div. I

see TABLE UG-79-1

if you start from flat plate Ro is infinite so Rf/Ro = 0

DISHED END FORMING
 
   
* Dished plate thickness  t = 6 mm  
Knuckle  radius = 150 mm  
Mean radius Rf = 150 +6/2 = 153 mm  
Original center line radius  R0= Infinity Flat Plate
%   Extream fiber elongation = ( 75 t /Rf)x(1-Rf/R0)               = (75x6/153)x(1-153/Infinity)
%   Extream fiber elongation    ( Dished end formation ) 2.94 <  20%  
As per table UHA-44 max fibre elongation permitted for 304 material is 20% hence Post fabrication heat treatment is not required
