API 6A, PSL REQUIREMENTS

Dear Experts

If anybody has any concise guide/spreadsheet made by themselves or used in their company for all psl requirements as per Api 6A design/inspection/nde/pressure  test criteria in a simple format with few pages, please share so that we no need to flip the whole book everytime when we look for certain  Infos.
