Dear Experts,

Here I attached 2 Carbon Steel MTC for different service, one is in Sour Service and other is Non Sour Service. I don't have any physical traceability for find out which one is Sour and Non Sour asper present site condition..
In this scenario, which test I have to perform for find out Sour material.

You should do hardness test if the sour and non sour material are mixed.

Dear Mr.Linoy Joseph,

As per your attached MTC in remarks, NACE MR0175/ISO 1515-2 Hardness value is HB200 MAX, wrong ISO code. If  may be use, NACE MR0103 stencil mark should be in the pipe.

Please refer as below mention ISO standard,

Qualification of carbon and low-alloy steels for H2S service by laboratory testing  for sour service Annex B ISO 15156-2.

Laboratory Testing of Metals for Resistance to Sulfide Stress Cracking and Stress Corrosion Cracking in H2S Environments ANSI/NACE TM0177.
