Lap Welded Bottom and Butt Welded Bottom

Hi everyone,

We have a problem in storage tank construction bottom, the ringwall has already built, all bottom plates has been lapped, we do not have annular plates, but we have a trouble in the shell- bottom joint. we can´t perfomance the API-650 detail in 5.3b figure, because we need lift up the bottom plates and prepare te foundation.

Could you anyone see the detail in the bottom like image as follows:

And if there is any standard that I can consult where they do this type of welding in the bottom?
