Dear Nayan Surkar Sir,

It is around 10 LPM. For welding 45000 you need to calculate approx time required & you can get the quantity of (Ar).

The gas flow rate depends on the material, thickness and amperage. It can be from 5 LPM (thin sections and low amperage) to 12 LPM (large thickness and high amperages)

0Cr19Ni10NbN?
the regular ER347 can not meet the Tensile strength requirement.

Depending on the service, you might consider E/ER630.

Dear Experts,

I am experiencing a serious problem of argon gas. The argon consumption rate in our project is very high contrary to the productivity. First problem is I am not able to ensure whether the cylinder supplied by the supplier is full or not. Is there any method/device to check it. Moreover please suggest some methods to control the argon gas consumption rate.
