PWHT and Welding requirement of Carbon steel to P22

Kindly suggest your valuable suggestions for following:

1.       Welding consumables for welding of P22 to Carbon steel and why?

2.       PWHT requirement.

3.       The wall thickness of tubes and pipe is from 10mm to 35mm
