Alloy steel -Tube and Cladded tube sheet

Need guidance for PWHT - 

Code of Construction - ASME SEC VIII DIV 1 

Job - Heat exchanger 

Material - Tube -SA 213 T11 - 19.05 OD X 2.11 THK 

Tube sheet - SA 336 F11 CL2 , Cladded with Alloy 600 

Tube -Tube sheet joint configuration -  Groove and Fillet - 2mm -45Deg Vee with 2 mm fillet 

Welding Process proposed - GTAW  

Welding  filler metal  proposed- ERNiC3 

Query -

We reviewed the PWHT exemption in Table UCS-56-3  for P-No. 4 materials and UW-40 (f)(g) for Nominal thickness consideration and PWHT requirement 

Here nominal thickness is  Tube thickness (2.11mm )  as per UW-40 (f)(g)

Pl  advice for PWHT exemption for  above configuration of Tube to tube sheet PWHT  wrt Table UCS-56-3  or any other ref in ASME SEC VIII DIV 1
