Hi,

It is not specified in code, if you refer to shell MESC, it is 32 HRC.

as per NACE MR0103-2005, it is 35HRC.
 
I have attached snapshot of the standard. Pls refer the attachment and correct me if i am wrong.

Pls find the attached hardness conversion table.
 
as per this 35 HRC = 345 HV.
 
For vickers hardness tesing the surface finsih is more important. pls refer std ASTM E92 for specimen prep. and surface finish of the specimen. Even slight variation in surface prep. may lead to wrong measurement.

Thank you for your valuable comments. I am getting an average value of 376 HV10 on HAZ & parent metal side of my PQR test coupon(ASME SEC IX). Should I reject the test coupon...?
