Dear Friends,

I like to know whether we can use the combination of E6010 in root and E7018-1 as filler in LTCS (A333Gr6) welding, particularly in Ammonia service (flash point is minus 33 deg C)?

The working temp is less than minus 33 deg C. At what temp should I impact test it?

E6010 may not be good idea  for low temp application, better use GTAW with ER70S2.
Impact testing temperature shall be your MDMT, not the working temp. check with your designer for MDMT.

BTW pl. don't repeat queries?

MDMT for Ammonia service is normally below -30 degree centigrade , as you are using A333GR6 Materials which are normally certified for -46Degree centigrade , you use GTAW using ER70S2 Filler wire with impact tested propoerities -46degree centigrade  and rest welding using E 7018-1

If impact test is required you can use 6013 up to -27 Degree not minus
33 Degree, Better to go for 7016 for root and E7018-1 for Fill and
cap.
