Can some one advise/share experience on use of consumables GTAW ER19-10H + SAW ER 308H for welding of SS 347H + Heat treatment (900° C) under ASME Sec IX & ASME Sec I?

A thermal stabilization heat treatment at 900°C applied to stabilized stainless steels after welding to reduce sensitization and PASCC (NACE-SP-170) susceptibility.
