difference between E7018 and E7018-1

Hi everybody

What is difference between E7018 and E7018-1
what is meant by "-1"

7018-1 has better impact properties compared to 7018. IN general 7018
electrodes should pass through CVN at -29 degrees with min 27J whereas
7018-1 the CVN values are tested at -46 degrees and min 27J

E7018 is impact tested @ -30 Deg C
E7018-1 is impact teted @ -46 Deg C.,
 
I think '-1' is not having anyspecific meaning as per code like 70=70000 psi etc.
