SA 179 tubes - killed steel

due to the contract requirement that all steel shall be killed, can SA
179 can be ordered as killed steel and nonavailability in the market?

SA 179 is very much available with killed steel in the market. Just specifically mentioned this requirement in your Purchase Order and Quality assurance plan.
