Sphere material is 121mm Thk & A 516 Gr.70N HIC

Hello, 

We are in bidding stage of sphere in 121mm THk Material A 516 Gr.70N HIC and code of construction ASME dev VIII Div-2 , coded.

Can you please guide us  below question 

1.Do we able to use alternate method from SMAW for HIC plates? if SAW or other which welding machine with theoretical productivity, performance details & price details of welding machine ? 

2. Type of Arrangement details to hold welding machines on vertical seam & circumference seam.

3.Butt weld details like type groove, groove thickness, sketch for groove dimensions with number of weld layers / pass.
