Pump NDE and DE bearing difference of Temperature

Dears;

We're in commissiong pump.
the NDE bearing temperature is : 84 °C
      DE bearing temperature is : 73° C

Couldyou advise the normal temperaure range for bearing and what's could be the root casie for this difference.

Factors affecting bearing & temperature 
1. Type of pump & or bearing - hydrodynamic etc
2. Dry & or critical speed
3. Wearing of parts like, rings, bushing, seal face, gaskets etc
4. Oil mist lube 
5. Overhungness of pmp
6. Alignment of pmp etc
7. Type / schedule of lubricant (grease or L. O. Grade
8. Running hours
9. Duration , change interval of L.O. 
10. D. E. / NDE load 
11. Damaged elements related to bearing, housing, lube etc
