AWS D1.1-Table 4.10 & 4.12(6)-6GR Welder Qualification Range

Dear Experts
Appreciate if someone shine some light on 6GR Welder Qualification
Range and Limitation in relation to Table 4.10-Note - d. & Table
4.12(6)
My understanding -
1 - Welder qualified without backing & he is qualified to weld ( CJP/
PJP Groove and Fillet ) production plate welding with or without
backing

2 - Also need advise on Production Pipe Welding qualification range
and limitation ( Butt-CJP/PJP,T-Y-K-CJP/PJP ) in relation to Note d
