Impact requirements for API 5L X52 PSL2

Hi,

Can anyone clarify wether impact testing is required for API 5L PSL2
Code of construction is ASME B31.8
and for B31.4
Would be qualifying the procedure as per ASME Sec IX.

Base metal impact test is mandatory for API5LX52PSL2 at 0 deg C with values,27J average and 22 J minimum.Welding procedure does not call for impact test if MDMT is warmer than -29 deg C.

those two codes do no have any impact test requirements just like section I and B31.1.
If you want the assess you piping for low temperature service you may use ASME B31.3 Chapter III - 323.2.2
