Hydrotesting Calculation of Steel pipeline

Please can you Provide Hydrotesting calculation of the steel pipeline having pipe API 5L Grade B.

Pipe Size - 10 Inch 

Thickness -  6.4 mm

Total Length of Steel pipeline - 1000M.

What do you want to calculate? the isolation for the test, or the pressure for the test?

If you want the isolation I can send you an excel that calculates it. If you want the pressure it depends on the project, it may be 1,5 times the project pressure, according to the code of the project.

Dear Tejas ;

it's a schedule 20 pipeline . But you need to know about design pressure OR maximum allowable operating pressure  and also operating temp

erature 

Generally, (gas )pipelines are hydrotested by filling the test section of pipe with water and pumping the pressure up to a value that is higher than maximum allowable operating pressure (MAOP) and holding the pressure for a period of four to eight hours.

Dear Sir,

The Operating pressure is 19 bar & the Max Allowable Pressure is 32 Bar &with Operating Temp is 32-degree Celcius. 

I need the Standard Deadweight testing calculations formula with the Procedure which is used in CGD.
