ASTM A519 Gr.4130 - P No/ GP No. ? in ASME 2010 Ed.

Some one help me to have the P NO/GP NO for the above material in latest edition of ASME Sec IX

 

I don't have latest edition of ASME, as this material in earlier editions as unlisted one.

I have the latest dition of ASME SEC IX and ASTM SEC II PART A., but there is no a519 material with gr 4130 (qw 422 sec ix)

It does not fall under any P- No. or Group No.

This is an unassigned material.

If you are fllowing API 6A, 16 C codes, they allow to group yourselves with similar materials but not equivalent such as AISI 4140/ ASTM A 487 etc.

We have WPS for ASTM A519 Gr.4130 to 4130 and S355 to S355 , now we have an enquiry for 4130 to S355 welding , with our qualification we can do that job or not? anybody can answer
