Please suggest a good welding parameter for HP modification (25Cr-35Ni-0.1C+Nb) Material 

Welding consumable, PWHT if need.

Hi,

Go with ENiCrFe-2 (Incoweld A) or ENiCrCoMo3 (Inconel 617). No PWHT needed. You may preheat up to maximum of 75 degree Celsius.

Dear sir,

Incoloy 617,   Need to maintain underpass strictly to 125 degrees.

PWHT may need if your service temperature exceeds 550 deg centigrade.

Nice question. Yes, interpass temperature should be controlled to maximum of 250 degree Celsius.
