Rregarding filler wire to weld SA240 TP 304 TO SA 240 TP 410 material

I need your suggestion  to weld SA240 TP 304 TO SA 240 TP 410 material

kindly suggest me filler wire for  welding and welding parameter to weld these material and just i want to conform preheat or PWHT to be involved or not after welding

SA 240 TP 304 TO SA 240 TP 410 Material welding with ER-309L filler wire

No need extra requirement for preheat & PWHT.
