Pleas help me to Select Suitable TIG Welding  Filler wire & Stick Welding Electrode and welding procedure for welding ASTM-B. Gr. 2.  ( ASTM B265 Grade 2 ) material with SS-316L grade material.  316L, Grade plate thickness is 20mm & Titanium plate thickness is 8 mm.

Using ASME IX Code.
