Dear Aslam,

The PQP describes all general items related to the project in detail such as
applicable codes, requirements for the execution of welding, materials and
material certificated and requirements for fabrication such as Non
Destructive Testing (NDT).
The QIP also called ITP (Inspection % Test Plan) is more a check list which
describes all the moments in the production process where quality actions
need to be executed in front of or during production, such as review of
material certificates, review of PQR / WPQ and WPS documentation and
describes also who is responsible for it and if it is a hold point,
witnesses point or monitoring point for companies own QA/QC department,
Clients representative and/or Certifying Authority / Notified body.

Met vriendelijke groeten / Best Regards

Hai Aslam,

Project Quality Control is part of quality management which focuses on fulfilling requirement of quality (3.2.10).
Quality Inspection Plan, you may call it as Inspection and Testing Plan, is element of project quality plan focuses on minimum inspection and testing to verify the conformance of product and or service to the specified requirements in the contract and reference specification.
Inspection and testing plan specifies project activity description, quality control activity, reference document, acceptance criteria and inspection level definition and coordination.

let this helps you

Hi
The PQP is a quality assurance & management document of a project to  define the requirements related to  Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, construction and Commissioning services to execute the project. It assures to client that what is the quality objective and defines the roles and responsibilities of key personals, their reporting structure, application of quality system on key functions, control of project and engineering deliverables, document distribution matrix and list of quality procedures that required to achieve the quality policy/objective.

In other hand QIP or otherwise called Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) used to guide the persons (normally inspectors/Engineers) represents from contactor and client to check and control the all critical activities which shall cover the major quality related activities in chronological order from initial drawings through manufacturing / construction, process controls to final testing, documentation and certification that affects outcome quality of end product. This document typically identified with activity, controlling document, nature and extent of inspection/test, its acceptance criteria, degree of inspection by respective parties along with type of objective evidence to be produced.

Hope this will suffice you to understand.
