Nozzles/ offset/ pipe

Dear experts,

The distance between two nozzles 4 Meters , as per requirement connected pipe must be in straight for free flow of carbon where as bottom nozzle shifted around 70mm . ( Both nozzle not in line)
Pls advise, what is angle is suitable for free flow of carbon black powder and which location is suitable for making offset in pipe.

Any reference standard pls guide

Please check for an eccentric reducer , your pipe will be straight and offset will be there
