Dear all 
Please clarify below 

We have qualified WPS range ( 7.62 to 15.24) with impact ( pipe 3 inch sch80 ) 
Material grade A333 gr6 +A350 LF2 
For WQT we select 2 inch pipe A106 Gr B wall thickness 10 mm 
( maximum deposited thickness 20 mm) as per ASME sec IX it’s acceptable or not .please confirm the selection of WQT material and thickness range

It's acceptable to use. Range of qualifications as be the deposited need to follow. There is no issues as long as you follow the WPS thickness requirements and deposited weld metal requirements.

Hi, 
WQT diposit thickness 10mm , WPS max thickness is 15.24mm . Then your not exceeding limits. 
Welder will get max diposit thickness 20mm. 
During production welding based metal thick must be required WPS range. But selection of welder is dependent on OD, thickness and position and other restriction. 
Don't mix up with WPS and WQT, because both having different essential variables.
