ASTM A 106 Gr.B pipe material can be used instead of ASTM A 672 Gr. B60 Cl.12 (EFSW pipes)

Dear Experts,

As per our Project requirement the material has to be used for crude re circulation piping is ASTM A 672 Gr. B60 Cl.12, unfortunately in India the material is unavailable to procure immediately or within 2 weeks.

There is a vendor in India having ASTM A 106 Gr.B seamless pipe, able to deliver us within 2 weeks.

Hence I request Experts to advise whether ASTM A106 Gr.B pipe can be used in place of ASTM A 672 Gr. B60 Cl.12.

The details of the required material dimensions are

MATERIAL DESCRIPTION	PIPE DIAMETER	SCHEDULE
ASTM A672 GR. B60 CL. 12, E.FS.W, ASME B36.10	16	S60
	16	STD
	18	S40
	20	XS
	32	XS
	40	26MM

Dear All 

As per My Opinion, We cant used  ASTM A 106 GR>B , because it is used only for General service application in line piping .Where as your ASTM A 672 Gr. B60 Cl12 where Good Properties against Fatigue Resistance 

.& that Properties You never Found in ASTM A 106 GR. B . 

 All Mechanical Properties You Found Very less in same pipe . which Reduce Life of pipe.
