Please give me approx. welding consumable requirement for per tonnage structural works.

I had consider 5 kg per tonnage structural works

For initial Project budget point of view, you may consider 2% of the Structural weight.

Then you split this as per your shop Welding process usage. ( GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, SAW etc).
