We're facing another significant issue.
Most of our carbon steel Procedure Qualification Records covering groups G1-G2, G1-G3 & G2-G3, G3-G3 with various process combinations are showing an unacceptable hardness range (260–325 HV) in the Heat-Affected Zone.
Our maximum acceptable hardness limit is 250 HV.
We've used different testing agencies, yet the results remain consistently high.
