welding P550 drill collar Material

Dear All,

Can any one advise which is the preferable welding process/ welding filler electrode I can use for welding P550 drill collar Material.

kindly advise also the precautions needed to be taken while welding.

I am giving the composition of this material below for reference.

P550     C max %    Mn %      Cr %    Mo min%  N min%  Ni min%
             0.06         20.5-21.6    18.3-20     0.5           0.6            1.4
