Boiler Tubes, ASME sect I, min thickness

Dear all,

  Need your advise.

Any mention about the minimum thickness on boiler tubes (ASME sect I).

We detect some damaged surface tubes, we performed Thickness measurement and need to confirm the acceptability of the thickness after smooth grinding.

You need to provide more information ie. What was thickness to start with? How much wall thickness has been lost? Diameter of pipe? Material group? The more information you provide the less questions we have as most discussions on these groups leave you asking more questions than the one you start with.
