IBR PTC coupon Testing

Dear Expect,

Currently I have one IBR job in my project.

Equipment is HP Heater.

In this job  I have do tube to Tubsheet Strength welding.

Pl suggest any additional test for This TTJ joint.

Sir can you tell me about this?

Hi Ankit,

You have to design-perform mock up as per IBR.

IBR inspector will also witness the TTS Mock up welding  and lab test.

If your query confined to production weld then only DPT can be performed as additional test not mendatory but good for these typ of joint.
