Pinhole in ESSC

Dear Experts
We are facing pinhole problem in Inconel(EQNiCrMo-3) ESSC.What is the reason of pinhole in ESSC??

Hi ABHISHEK,

ESSC fluxes are high integrity fluxes.Occurrences of defects would not be very common.Pinhole may occur due multiple reasons
What's the Strip+Flux combination being used and welding parameters being used.What's the magnetic stirring parameters, recommended by the consumable flux manufactures. Nickel based alloys are intolerant to surface contaminants. I hope cleaning of the surfaces are done properly.

Sir,
I am using 30 mm width strip without magnetic stearing arrengement.Flux is EST236 and parameters are:
Current-600A
Voltage-25V
Speed-180 mm/min
Stick out-30 mm.
