Greeting All,
In addition to the well address response from Mr. Ragvendran,
Any ASNT NDT Level-III qualified and certified technician in NDT Level-I and II only as per the employer written practice.
To get the LEVEL-III qualified as per the employer written practice, written practice shall address the qualification and certification procedure for Level-III.
If the employer mention in the procedure PCN Level-III is appointed directly as his Level-III then he can qualified and certified the NDT level-I and II tech for the employer and certificate will issue as per the procedure only as NDT level I and II and not as “ASNT NDT LEVEL-I OR II “.
Most important governing document is employers written practices.
