Requirement of separate PQR for Low Alloy steel materials

Dear Friends,

Please express your advice for any separate PQR required for Low alloy(P4/P5A/P5B) materials after weld repair (1/2 times) any weld defects where PWHT cycle applicable?

PQR holing time - 2 hrs.
Same holding time for production job.

Simulation production repair - 

If any Client Specification  requirement  , the respective Clause shall be read carefully  and then decide way forward 

otherwise  not required 

Experience has shown that Cr-Mo  steels retains strength even after multiple PWHT.

To avoid such issues, NDT is carried out - TWO Times 

Before PWHT

After PWHT
