General Setup

I am new to this type of work, and I want to use MatConvNet. I have installed matlab 2020, on my windows 10 device (64 bit) and added the MinGW64 Compiler from the Toolbox. 

I keep getting errors when I try to run the first block from the quick start guide 

% Install and compile MatConvNet (needed once). untar('http://www.vlfeat.org/matconvnet/download/matconvnet-1.0-beta25.tar.gz') ; cd matconvnet-1.0-beta25 run matlab/vl_compilenn ; 

The only thing that has worked was the single line

mex -setup cpp

 help please
