How to debug?

Hi,

I have just installed and started playing matclipse.
How to debug source code? I'm able to add breakpoints. Nothing happens
if I run matlab script from matlab console.

Need I to set matlab official debug in eclipse? :(
external tool configuration?

Unfortunately Matclipse does not support breakpoints at the moment.
