Here is Danny, current IR Coordinator of MoC iGT Sub-Committee. Representing 39 LCs and MC, I am writing this email to build up strong partnership with your entity. MoC iGT are going to boost the winter peak by entity partnership delivery in coming November and December!
This Email will help you to have a better understanding of what MoC can offer to you, our current focus and also the channel and material you can use to work with MoC.

📣Part 1: Know about iGT in MoC better
Established in 2002, AIESEC in MoC started to operate iGT nationally with the fast developing economic trend in Chinese market. As young generation, we envision our iGT product can be the bridge to connect every domestic company who want to grow by engaging globally leadership insight, and foreign young people who want to cultivate their leadership and business insight in one of the most fast growing economic entity. To achieve this, we hold the ambition of 500 realizations for the whole year.
Currently, we have:
- 3 people in MC Dragon Team taking care of iGT function (Sylvia - MC VP iGT, for iGT overall management, Nathan – MC VP Marketing B2B, for attraction and brand part, and Tony, BD NEP manager, for NEP account management).
- 37 LCs and 3 EIs with more than 400 members running iGT products.
- work with 300+ companies in education/hotel and tourism/high-technology/manufactory/internet/game etc. industries. to provide 500+ opportunities for global youth to cultivate themselves with challenging environment in MoC every year.
- We have been working hard on driving open now. Currently we have 200+ Opportunities (80+ ET, 70+ MT, 30+ HT and 20+TT) for normal GT/GE, and 60+ NEP available for fast matching!
📢Part 2: Focus Product & Historical Data of iGT in MoC
AIESEC in MoC have a lot of opportunities of teaching (Short Term/Long Term), hotel management, marketing and some IT Opportunities.
- Teaching: we have long term and also some short term like summer camp and winter camp (About 2-3 months)
- Hotel management: usually are 6 months or above and prefer intern with some experiences before.
- Marketing: usually have specific requirement of region because of the company’s needs. This year we are driving Marketing as our focus product to align with external trend.
- IT: currently we don’t have too many IT opportunities but, as internet industry is fast growing in MoC, our market is in huge need of IT talents.
Also, we have NEP opportunities from top companies like Tencent and Alibaba, usually they are very famous company which is super attractive for Chinese graduate and now they are working with AIESEC to look for global talents.
🔔Part 3. How to match with MoC?
To start to work with MoC, here is the process and some channels for you:
Step 1: Opportunity Searching
You can get the detailed information about our current opportunities from:
1) AIESEC in MoC iGT Opportunity Search Tool
You can find all the MC/NST/LC VP contact list and updated available opportunities here. This search tool is directly managed by IR NST and MC and keep updated daily. Every time you want to find the latest opportunities in MoC, please come here=）

2) AIESEC in MoC iGT FaceBook Page (https://www.facebook.com/iGTinMoC)
It is the official facebook page of MoC iGT where we will keep on posting some inspiring stories and hot TNs. You can know about the recent news of MoC iGT here.
3) AIESEC in MoC iGT FaceBook Match Group (Match With iGT/iGE TN in AIESEC in Mainland of China)
It is the official group for LCs in MoC to post iGT TNs and LCs from all around the world to post your EPs. Our IR NST will manage this group to make sure it is only used for match with MoC iGT =)
Step 2：Apply the Opportunity
Once you find your interested opportunities, you can simply apply by:
1) Click and apply on OP
2) Send your CV/duration/earliest and latest starting date/available time for interview/skype to the email of TN manager. If you have video, please also attach it. Please name your email by Name_Nationality_TN Name & ID you apply for.
3) Add the TN manager on whatsapp/WeChat for fast communication.
Step 3: Selection Process
After your applying, the selection process will be:
1) Most of the LC will scan your application and video within 48 hours. If you pass the first scanning, LC will contact you for next step arrangement. LCs will based on their own process and the company’s requirement to decide whether they will arrange the 1st C interview.
2) If you do not pass the resume scanning, LC will reject you on system.
3) The following selection process will based on TN’s need, you can just follow the guidance from TN manager.
We are willing to have a better communication and know more about the oGT situation of your entity with you!

It is highly suggested that you can also contact our NST, they are really good at partnership delivery. And also we highly recommend you download and register the APP called wechat, it is very popular in China and for EP if they have the chance to have interview with company sometimes they also need this :)
