Please respond no later than Friday, October 31st, 2014. The minutes from the last committee meeting will be sent out after all responses have been received.

The attachment that Airriann sent out shows the curriculum agreement between MATC and WCTC for the shared program. This is the document that identifies how the courses transfer between the two colleges. WCTC has made three changes to their curriculum. One change is an English course, and this is a state-approved course, so that is acceptable.

The other two changes are electronics courses. We at MATC have reviewed those changes, and feel that they still meet the needs of the Biomedical Electronics program. However, curriculum changes require the approval of the Advisory Committee. That is the reason that Airriann sent the document out to everyone. We just need you to take a look at the two changes that WCTC has made, and send us any concerns you may have, or send us your approval of this change.

I have received 5 votes of approval. This is not yet a majority of the committee members. However, I have not had one email expressing concern. Therefore, I will assume that all who have not responded approve of the change. If you have a concern, I need to hear from you by noon tomorrow, Tuesday, November 4.
