The V-Ray 6 for SketchUp and V-Ray 6 for Rhino releases are coming soon, but you can join our beta program to try it before anyone else and help us fine-tune the software.

With support for Enscape materials, 3D models, and lights, V-Ray ensures that all design decisions are kept throughout the project development stages and collaboration between designers and visualization specialists goes as smoothly as ever before.

Add just the right clouds for any scene without spending hours browsing through HDRI libraries. The new procedural cloud system is a flexible and memory-efficient way to create any cloudy sky and animate it for impressive timelapse presentations.

Vary effects such as displacement or procedural fur based on proximity to create a realistic correlation between the elements in a composition. Create a well-trodden path through a procedural lawn or form dark spots under downspouts.

Effortlessly export scenes to Chaos Vantage and achieve stunning photorealism with the new Corona Pattern improvements, Curved Decals, Scatter Instance Brush in Corona for 3ds Max, and the revamped VFB.

Each build is available to test for up to 90 days, starting from the day the developer uploads their build. You can see how many days you have left for testing under the app name in TestFlight. TestFlight will notify you each time a new build is available and will include instructions on what you need to test. Alternatively, with TestFlight 3 or later, you can turn on automatic updates to have the latest beta builds install automatically.

When the testing period is over, you'll no longer be able to open the beta build. To install the App Store version of the app, download or purchase the app from the App Store. In-app purchases are free only during beta testing, and any in-app purchases made during testing will not carry over to App Store versions.

Note: To automatically download additional in-app content and assets in the background once a beta app is installed in iOS 16, iPadOS 16, or macOS 13, turn on Additional In-App Content in your App Store settings for iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

You can send feedback through the TestFlight app or directly from the beta app or beta App Clip by taking a screenshot, and you can report a crash after it occurs. If you were invited to test an app with a public link, you can choose not to provide your email address or other personal information to the developer. Apple will also receive all feedback you submit and will be able to tie it to your Apple ID.

If your device is running an OS earlier than iOS 13 or iPadOS 13, tap Send Beta Feedback to compose an email to the developer. The feedback email contains detailed information about the beta app and about your iOS device. You can also provide additional information, such as necessary screenshots and steps required to reproduce any issues. Your email address will be visible to the developer when you send email feedback through the TestFlight app even if you were invited through a public link.

When you take a screenshot while testing a beta app or beta App Clip, you can send the screenshot with feedback directly to the developer without leaving the app or App Clip Experience. Developers can opt out of receiving this type of feedback, so this option is only available if the developer has it enabled.

When you test beta apps or beta App Clips with TestFlight, Apple will collect and send crash logs, your personal information such as name and email address, usage information, and any feedback you submit to the developer. Information that is emailed to the developer directly is not shared with Apple. The developer is permitted to use this information only to improve their App and is not permitted to share it with a third party. Apple may use this information to improve the TestFlight app and detect and prevent fraud. For more information, visit TestFlight & Privacy.

Let me be clear on something, I LOVE Enscape as a program (in theory), it's an industry leader and game-changer in the market, but in practice, I'm absolutely exhausted from crashing and reporting multiple crashes every day I work on Enscape. Enscape for Mac has completely let me down, selling a product that is not complete and not reliable for prime time. If this was provided at a heavy discount or in Beta (as it should be) I would be fine with the multiple daily crashes. But I have spent good money on this program, and after working with multiple customer support agents and engineers for months, I have been informed by Alexander Devaykin that there is nothing more they can do for me as the problems still insist, even after having bought an expensive new M1 Macbook Pro as I was told my system was the issue. Finally, I have been told to wait till the end of this year for the next "Mac release when it will be out - it will much more stable." #defeated

dear suguru, honestly I do understand your disappointment. Im not sure if Enscape is industry leader and I dont know what future brings after merging with Chaos, now it seems like we might get different pricing system based on integration with Vray and trying to sell bigger SW packkage, but thats another story...

I bought basic Macbook air with M1 just after realease (12/2020), installed beta of Enscape for Mac when it was ready and started to use it almost everyday, but still haveing Win workstation, then 05/2022 I bought Mac studio M1 max and install Enscape for Mac (full realease) and use it everyday for all my/our rendering jobs and never used Win from that time (I sold it in late summer), after few months I decided to sell Mac Studio because it was power overkill for my needs and bought Macbook Pro 14 M1 almost basic config and Im useing it till now. I have installed just programs which I realy need (Autocad, Sketchup with very few plugins, Enscape and Affinity suite) nothing more, I always keep my MacOS uptodate. I dont want to say that Enscape didnt crash but at all, but its really not more then few times per month. I cant remember the last time. I know that Im not power user (mostly 4K stills) and my models arent heavy (obviously up to 200MB sketchup file) but I did several hours of videos during that time from pretty heavy models (almost 1GB sketchup model) and really dont remember crashes. Im thinking that it might be some kind of combination of MacOS and SW and maybe SKetchup plugins which causes your crashes...anyway I keep fingers crossed for you and hope that your problem will be solved soon.

Thanks tomankubik For my purposes, Enscape is exactly what I need and is an industry leader in my books. I do a lot of quick iterations of experiential design for big brand-name clients. They don't need full photorealism like arch vis, but they do need it pretty close to it to communicate the concept and get approvals before production. When it works and doesn't crash, it's the second most valuable program to my workflow. I too am concerned about the merger, it makes me nervous, but who knows, perhaps it will bring in more resources to make the program more robust. One can only hope! ?

suguru sorry for some of my advices, I came accross your bio on your web site, so I didnt want to be rude to teach someone from @last, and Im sorry I cant affort to fly to US to let you try my macbook...hope youre not angry on me...

Just wanted to say that I just created a login to suguru that they are not alone. My sketchup constantly crashes which has me having to restart my computer everytime I need to relaunch. It is exhausting. It looks like Enscape knows about this prevalent issue and still isn't doing anything - what a shame! The product is not performing, but has so much potential. I'd love to see them listen to their customers and fix this bug.

well I was thinking that its not my problem...but...IT IS MY PROBLEM ALSO...going mad, I have paid every single bill to Enscape and they delivered unstable program...but my deadline is there...its like you pay for car which is running only from time to time...and engine stops randomly...ENSCAPE TEAM WAKE UP

Experiencing about the same as you, Enscape freezes my whole computer about 5-7 times a day. It feels to me like Enscape suddenly starts using every available CPU and memory and keeps adding until the whole computer freezes. At least that's my experience. It's indeed very very very annoying when you're working against deadlines and you loose a few hours each day due to these constant crashes. In Sketchup 23 Enscape won't even open no more so I had to install Sketchup22 to get it working again. I'm working on a MacBook Pro 2021 - 32GB memory and M1 chip so shouldn't have issues performance wise.

Hello michaelrtrilogy
Sorry to hear that. Would you mind sharing more details, logs and observations with us? Via private message here if you wish. That would help us troubleshooting your case and also make Enscape more stable.

In this regard as we're still investigating the exact cause behind this with the help of Trimble we did not share too many technical details yet. Of course, as as progress with troubleshooting this behavior we'll be able to give a more technical response.

"Looking at the Trimble forums, there are different issues with the new dedicated GPU feature which we are collecting and assessing right now to learn how it may and does affect the Enscape processes.

The new GPU feature of SketchUp is certainly a nice added bonus as well as ambient occlusion but it can currently create issues in the Enscape workflow that is out of our hands and is being looked at by our dear colleagues at Trimble.
