Important Update: Date and Venue Change – MATA Fund Raising Event - March 14th at Sinclair Community College, Centerville

Dear MATA Members,

The MATA Committee would like to sincerely apologize for the change in both the date and location of our upcoming fundraising event.

After carefully reviewing the expected number of attendees and considering travel distances to the original venue, we determined that a change was necessary to better accommodate our community. When we began planning several weeks ago, we explored multiple options but were unable to secure a venue that met our space and logistical requirements at that time.

We are pleased to share that the event will now be held on March 14th at Sinclair Community College in Centerville, where we traditionally host our Ugadi celebrations. The venue is centrally located, offers ample space, and will allow us to host the event comfortably and effectively. We are confident that this location will better support our fundraising goals and provide a more enjoyable experience for everyone.

An updated Evite has been sent with the revised details. We kindly request you to please RSVP at your convenience.

We understand that changes can be inconvenient, especially for those who have already RSVP’d, and we truly apologize for any disruption this may have caused. We sincerely appreciate your patience, flexibility, and continued support.
